Return Process

  2. Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging along with the RMA number. Ensure the package is secure to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
